A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to have the best most flavorful Chai Masala Latte ever! I’d previously had what I thought was good from the local chain café’s where the chai comes from a carton. But let me tell you freshly made chai is like a symphony of flavors in a cup. The bonus is that chai masala is very good for you.

 

Originating from India, chai masala is a blend of spices that transforms a simple cup of tea into a flavorful and comforting experience. Chai, the Hindi word for tea, has been a staple in Indian culture for centuries.
