Heartfulness Meditation


Since the middle of 2020 my company has sponsored as a benefit 15 minute Heartfulness guided meditation sessions 3 times a week. It is my goal to attend each session. When I started it was quite difficult to clear my mind and relax in the middle of all of the chaos that is my work day. However, gradually it has become easier and is one of those tools that helps to keep me calm, balanced and focused.


Heartfulness is a simple and subtle practice of mediation that connects us with the light and love in our hearts.


Heartfulness sessions follow four steps – relax, meditate, rejuvenate and connect. The guide guides us through each step.


Relax & Meditate – During these steps, stress and tension are removed from the body, your nervous system and your breathing is settled allowing one to feel deep relaxation.


Rejuvenate – In this step your mind becomes still and at peace and your heart full of love and joy. Providing you with a clarity that will allow you to make good decisions without confusion. This step allows you to feel light and have a carefree approach to life.


Connect – This step allows you to connect with your inner self and to listen to your heart’s voice. This step allows you to be refreshed and balanced.
