Refraining from displaying any semblance of modesty, I must say that some of them are quite good and have helped me through some days in 2023 that were very challenging. In case you missed them I am going to cite just a few from this year which hopefully will help set your tone for 2024.

I’m sorry that happened to you. Resolve to do the hard work to move beyond it. Don’t let the bad guys win.

“Caution” is not a bad word. Society wants us to believe you only win when you are aggressive and fearless. Don’t believe that. Listen to your gut and take the needed time to properly assess the situation/event/relationship before jumping right in.

It’s bad to romanticize others. What’s even worse than that is not seeing yourself for who you really are. The first step is recognizing the truth about yourself. None of us are perfect; however, as long as you are breathing you have a chance to write the story you want. No fictional account will be needed.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made. May you walk in that truth in 2024!
